I decide to use a song that I thought of when I left the Jackson Live contest in November 2015.

Rain was falling hard on my windshield when I was driving from that contest in downtown Jackson click here to hear song I performed in contest. I thought to myself "Everything Falls Like Rain." When it rains I feel like my good friend Charles click here to hear his music is with me. Charles died two years ago. Charles used to challenge me by telling me I'd never do things. To spite him I put forth more effort.


One line I used many years ago, "I got cracks in the floor where I pray" and a line from #BobDylan's "Highway 61 Revisited" click here to hear Dylan's song, "I got a hundred phones that never ring" created the song. Performing it for the first time at #SynergyNights at #TheMed in Jackson Mississippi, gave it life.click here for spoken word at SynergyNights

All this country sounding acts. Could be on CMT. I am in Nashville. I got a lot of nerve, yep. I know they won't forget me, My vocals were clear my lyrics were on point, Guitar playing was okay considering most in here have been doing it for years. I've only started doing this seriously in December of 2013.

Mid 2017: (c) 2017 I have subjected myself to needless misery. In the past I have taken everything as personal insult. Why? I think I did it to protect myself from being hurt. Not too long ago, I criticized online dating. Now that I am on an online dating site I think I have broken through lies I have told myself. I wonder if anyone else has told themselves these lies: There's no one out there for me. Why does this always happen to me? Girls won't like me once they know the real me. I am discovering that people need people. I am going out with several different women and realize it's not a personal jab if we don't meet again. All it means is we just don't mesh well.
