DAMN I HATE THIS FEELING. I TRY TO GET CLOSE AND SHE TURNS AWAY. SHE EVEN GOT UP AND WENT IN OUR DEN TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH.

Monday was ruff. Spent hours stuffing envelopes with flyers. Flyers that had better life pictures on them. A life I know I'll never have. Life pictures of couples on big yaughts, parties on mansion patios, beutiful sunsets on remote islands.

Hours later we're at The couples in Recovery meeting. Her words are scathing. She's become the big scene maker, "I can't believe you brought alcohol and drugs into our home! I LEFT EVERYTHING FOR YOU!"

"Sounds like ya'll need recovery friends," one of the Founders of Couples in Recovery founders, Stan interrupts her.

"DON'T INTERRUPT ME!"
Carmelita went on and on for minutes that felt like hours.

After the meeting. She leaves with them Stan and Serene. They're the ones who met us when we first got in town. I feel so betrayed.

I try to follow and make some sort of amends. She refuses. "She just has to let off some steam. You really fucked up. She'll be back." Stan explains.

She came back about one in the morning.
We had make up sex.

They had a great idea. She was so excited telling me all about it as she cooked me breakfast.

Mid 2017: (c) 2017 I have subjected myself to needless misery. In the past I have taken everything as personal insult. Why? I think I did it to protect myself from being hurt. Not too long ago, I criticized online dating. Now that I am on an online dating site I think I have broken through lies I have told myself. I wonder if anyone else has told themselves these lies: There's no one out there for me. Why does this always happen to me? Girls won't like me once they know the real me. I am discovering that people need people. I am going out with several different women and realize it's not a personal jab if we don't meet again. All it means is we just don't mesh well. I must look at women like I would friends. Neediness, emotional blackmail and such isn't conducive to a happy productive life. When I told myself such lies I acted out on them.
