"If we want to become better versions of ourselves we must do what we have never done before.

So many days, seemingly infinite, I tell myself this won't work. Everyone is going to laugh at me. I am going to fail. blah blah blah Then I start promoting with something I learned from Recovery in mind, "If we want to become better versions of ourselves we must do what we have never done before." Am I doing everything I can do to reach this? No, but I am doing more than I did yesterday.-I gain momentum again and believe. This is an experience in which I have done more action without much plan. From trial and error I will learn.

I’ve heard for quite some time, that water is one of the most powerful forces in the world, and beyond this world. In the big three major religions Islam, Judaism, and Christianity there are stories of the great flood. Water being a tool to purge the lands. Water gives life and takes life away. A major storm, named Katrina, did such things. I heard Katrina is German meaning is ‘cleansing.’ Baptism embarks on a spiritual rebirth involving water. Once I placed a hand held glass container that contained holy water.
