100 Love Letters Never Sent (When you're in places like this...) (C) 2018

When you're in places like this, they call it empathy, when you're and they're sharing such intimacies of life it's too possible to lose you're identity and take on their identities. It is a sickness to be someone/something else. Your identity becomes them their identity becomes you; or peaces of them become you. Could this be why someone leaves places like this with more serious problems. "Women trigger me. Every time I get good they drag me down." I was choked He was saying somethings that I was thinking; until, "We were doing the nasty. She demanded, 'CHOKE ME.' At first, I was like, 'B##ch you crazy.' But when things got all hot and heavy. You become lost in the moment sho'enuff' I put my hands around her neck, choked the sh*t out of her. Couple days later I come home. All her things were gone. Police came knocking on my door. Crazy b#*ch pressed assault charges on me. I ended up in jail. Went to court. Her parents said a...

100 Love Letters I'll Never Send I’m in a psyche ward wondering where it all went wrong. (c)2018

I’m   in a psyche ward wondering where it all   went wrong. I remember being told that according to King Solomon,   of the biblical scriptures, “You   always remember your first love, was told that by   my 9 th Grade English   teacher, who wrote sayings of life on the Chalkboard everyday, Now all I   can think of is the one that read,   “If you can describe love you’re not in it. I’m   in a psyche ward wondering where it all went wrong.   We’re seated in a circle in a small room. The therapist, is standing writing on a chalk board and speaking so commanding of what she writes. Feels condescending, “Triggers that make us feel bad.” In bigger letters she writes and says “What to think instead. What triggers you Narcissus?”  “Narcisuss, what kind of name is that. I think just having that name would trigger me,” the whispering in my ear is coming from a guy named Lee. He calls himself Loose Lee. He says they call...

“This is it. I’m done with you,” Narcissus (C) 2018

excerpt from The House Of Bachuss (Chapter 1: Take Me To Church) (c) 2018 “This is it. I’m done with you,” Narcissus father said with scorn. Narcissus just looked around the family room of the the Better Path Hospital, aka psych ward, at the walls. Just four white walls. So bland intentionally. Then he looked down at the cheap plastic table between him, his father and his father’s new wife. Narcissus was named that after his first wife’s  mother. Supposedly the first thing he did was look around when he was born. Until he found a mirror and he gazed out. Narcissus was thinking of what guilt trip to use to manipulate his father. He could start by blaming his mother. “Never thought you would give up on me Dad” he said with a scratchy voice starting to crack into a whine. “NOT THIS TIME BOY!” His father paused a couple seconds. Then continued,”I HAVE SPENT ENOUGH MONEY ON YOU TO SUPPORT THE AVERAGE FAMILY. I WIPE MY HANDS OF YOU!” Narcissus started crying like a ...

Father's Day (a work in progress) (C) Father's day 2018 #Fathersday

They say my father was a bad man. Always on the take when ever you can Gave me a reason to cry Had me lost in riddles of why Time kept going till there was no time anymore You blamed me I blamed you Yea we've played this game before All this shame is so clicheic Don't know if there was any truth in your words behind all the rhetoric. The price of salvation is to find out who we really are. In a world of us against them, I never realize the kind of man my father was until I became him.

click  here to read Gadgets and Go In a big white and blue building filled with the things tech nerds dream about, as well as toys for the novice photo taker, and the family person, this story begins. They have computers, televisions, cameras, and anything else you could think of. They even got CD’s. It’s a busy day. There was a long line of people waiting when the doors opened. Within half an hour the store was packed with people, simply buzzing with activity. On a day like this one would expect the employees to be on their A game. That was not the case for Narcissus. He was being a very bad boy today, an example of the worst workplace behavior imaginable. He looks out at the customers that he’s supposed to be selling gadgets to and feels a mild disgust. He had only taken the job at Gadgets and Go to get his parents off his back. They were tired of bailing him out of scrapes. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a silver flask filled with Tanqueray gin. He puts it to h...

100 Love Letters I'll Never Send ( We all get better together) (C) 2018

He took me on a ride to all the places I had gone to while I was in this love thang with Carmelita: The restaurant we're we met, the place I got fired from, the temporary job agency, the trash heap I used to work at to teach me a lesson. It was like a renewal to our relationship. 2 weeks ago: Twenty of us sat around the long table. Serenity was at the head of the table. First they passed around the flyer We all get better together printed in the center top of page. The time, date, and the fee of ten dollars was printed below it. Also had catering by a local family owned restaurant CG's Southern cooking. Speakers, work shops on the history of Bill and Lois, history of famous couples in recovery, how to have healthy relationships. and more. Fun for the whole family was center, in the middle. that promoted the event. All of them were discussing they're different parts to play. I didn't feel right about that. Something about this whole thing made me very uncomfortabl...
